29 Jan, 2025

The survey found that 87% of UK-based colleagues consider the company a great place to work

Statkraft in the UK has achieved ‘Great Place to Work’ status for a third consecutive year, after our colleagues completed a survey that covered various aspects of their working experience, such as leadership, respect, fairness and inclusive practices, with feedback independently reviewed and verified.

London-based Statkraft colleaguesThe results found that a significant number of people employed at Statkraft feel that their work has ‘special meaning’, with 90% of people feeling positive about the contribution the organisation makes to the community, which is nine percentage points above the average for similar-sized companies. The survey found that 94% of people are proud to tell others they work here, with 93% saying Statkraft treats people fairly, regardless of age, and 90% saying they are made to feel welcome when joining the company

Portia Mensah, Statkraft’s UK Business Support Manager said: ‘I’m delighted that we’ve been recognised as a Great Place to Work for a third time, and particularly that our colleagues feel pride in what we’re trying to achieve as a business, which is helping the UK transition to cleaner energy, by delivering a range of innovative technologies and solutions. We couldn’t do this without the backing of our people, and I look forward to building on these results in the year ahead.’
